SilkIPTV terms of service
These terms apply to every SilkIPTV subscription and free trial. They are written to be read, not to be skipped — the short version is that we supply access to third-party streams, you use it lawfully, and nothing charges itself.
1. What you are buying
A SilkIPTV subscription is access to a line — a username, password and portal address, or an equivalent playlist link — which you enter into an IPTV player of your choosing. The subscription grants access for the term you chose and for the number of simultaneous connections you chose.
You are not buying hardware, an internet connection, or any right in the programming carried on the streams. SilkIPTV resells access to streams operated by third parties and does not host, record or own that content.
2. Connections
One connection means one device playing at a time. Additional devices may hold the line but will not play simultaneously beyond the number you purchased. Connections never change which channels you can watch — every plan carries the same catalogue.
3. Orders, payment and activation
- No payment is taken on this website. You submit an order, we confirm it and reply with payment options.
- A line is activated once payment is settled, normally within minutes and in any case within a few hours.
- Prices are in US dollars and are those shown on the pricing page at the time of your order.
- Nothing renews automatically. There is no card on file. When a term ends the line stops until you renew it.
4. Free trials
Trials run on the same servers as paid lines and carry the full catalogue. They are limited in duration, generally one per household, and are provided so you can judge the service before paying. A trial does not convert into a paid subscription on its own and requires no payment details.
5. Refunds
- Because a free trial is available to everyone before purchase, we do not refund simply because you changed your mind after activation.
- If we cannot deliver a working line at all and cannot fix it, we refund the unused portion of your term.
- We do not refund faults outside our control: your internet connection, your device, your player, or a broadcaster withdrawing a feed.
- We do not refund accounts terminated for a breach of section 6.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, rebroadcast or publicly display your line, or use it commercially.
- Exceed the number of connections you purchased, or attempt to circumvent that limit.
- Record, capture, redistribute or make available any stream you access.
- Use the service unlawfully, or where receiving these streams is unlawful for you.
- Attempt to attack, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
We may suspend or terminate a line that breaches these rules, without refund. It is your responsibility to know whether receiving a given broadcast is lawful where you are.
7. Availability
We aim for continuous availability and design for it, but no streaming service is immune to maintenance, network faults or upstream outages. Channel line-ups change as broadcasters add and retire feeds; the published counts are indicative rather than a contractual list, and no individual channel is guaranteed for the life of a subscription.
8. Adult content
Adult channels are disabled by default. They are enabled only when an account holder asks for them and confirms they are over 18. Where a line is enabled, keeping it away from minors in the household is the account holder's responsibility.
9. Your account details
Keep your username and password to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your line. Tell us immediately at contact.provideriptv@gmail.com if you believe it has been compromised and we will reissue it.
10. Copyright
We act on valid copyright notices. The process, and what a notice must contain, is on our DMCA page.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed events or broadcasts. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Privacy
What we collect and why — including the technical details recorded with a form submission — is set out in full in our privacy policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes do not apply retroactively to a term you have already paid for.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms: contact.provideriptv@gmail.com, or through the contact page.
