What is SilkIPTV and how does it work?
SilkIPTV is a streaming subscription. After you order, we email you a line — a username, password and portal address, or an M3U link — that you enter once into the IPTV player of your choice. From then on the whole 22,000+ channel line-up plays over your normal internet connection, with no dish, no cable and no extra hardware.
Which devices and apps does Silk IPTV support?
Anything that runs an IPTV player: Smart TVs from Samsung and LG, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android TV and Google TV boxes, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows and Mac, MAG boxes, Formuler, Enigma2 receivers and games consoles with a browser. Popular players include IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, Smart IPTV and XCIPTV.
How fast is activation after I order?
Most lines are activated within a few minutes of your order arriving, and always inside a few hours. You will get a confirmation email as soon as your request is received, then the line details as soon as it is ready.
How many connections do I need?
One connection plays on one device at a time. If two people in the house want to watch different channels at once, choose two connections. Every plan on the pricing page can be taken with one to five connections, and the price for each combination is shown before you order.
Do you offer a free trial before I pay?
Yes. Request a free trial and we will set up a test line on the same servers paying members use, so what you see during the trial is what you get afterwards. No card details are needed to try it.
What internet speed does SilkTV need?
Around 15 Mbps is comfortable for Full HD, and 25 Mbps or more for 4K. A wired connection or 5 GHz Wi-Fi gives the most stable picture, especially during live sport.
Can I watch channels from more than one country?
Yes. Every subscription includes the full worldwide line-up — 22,000+ channels from 240+ countries — regardless of which term or connection count you choose. The countries you list on the order form only tell us which line-ups to check for you first.
What happens when my subscription runs out?
You keep the same username. Send us a renewal through the order form with the line type set to Renew My Line and your previous username, and we extend the line you already have rather than creating a new one.
