Why we built Silk IPTV

Most streaming problems are not exotic. A match kicks off, everyone in the country opens the same feed, and a service that felt fine on a Tuesday evening falls over. We built SilkIPTV around that moment: load-balanced delivery, automatic failover between servers, and headroom kept in reserve rather than sold.

The rest follows from being straight with people. One price list with every combination on it. A free trial on the same infrastructure paying members use. No invented reviews, no five-star badges we awarded ourselves, and no claim that we own content we do not own.

What SilkTV actually is

SilkIPTV is a subscription that gives you a line — a username, a password and a portal address — which you enter into an IPTV player of your choice. From then on 22,000+ live channels and 105,000+ on-demand titles play over your ordinary internet connection. There is no dish, no cable contract and no hardware to buy.

We supply access to streams operated by third parties. We do not host, record or own the media, and we act on valid copyright notices — the process is set out on our DMCA page.

How we are set up

The catalogue currently runs to 25,934 catalogued channels across 241 countries and territories; we publish the conservative 22,000+ figure because line-ups move week to week and we would rather understate it. Delivery runs from several regions with automatic failover, and the electronic programme guide is refreshed continuously.

Support is a small team, reachable on live chat and WhatsApp at any hour, and by email at contact.provideriptv@gmail.com. The same address receives orders, trial requests and questions — there is no separate queue that answers faster.

What we will not do

• Charge a card on file. Nothing renews on its own; a term simply ends.
• Publish testimonials, ratings or awards we cannot evidence.
• Promise a channel we cannot see in the catalogue ourselves.
• Sell, rent or trade the details you give us. Ever.
